کمیسیون اتحادیه اروپا امروز اطلاعیه نهایی اوکراین در مورد تمام قوانین تصویب شده برای بخشی از منطقه "رومینگ مانند خانه" اتحادیه اروپا برای کاربران تلفن همراه را دریافت کرد. مولداوی نیز به زودی این اطلاعیه را منتشر خواهد کرد. اوکراین و مولداوی در تاریخ ۱ ژانویه ۲۰۲۶ به این منطقه خواهند پیوست.
