This evening, Maia Sandu, the pro-EU president of Moldova, delivered an unprecedented address to the nation following today’s large-scale arrests of pro-Russian agents across the country: "In all solemnity, I have to inform you that the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and future of our country are in grave and immediate danger.
